Position Overview:
This role is essential for supporting our electronics testing operations. We are looking for skilled professionals to fill immediate openings on either the 1st Shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM) or the 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electronic components and hardware.
- Engage in power electronics analysis and testing procedures.
- Perform circuit card troubleshooting and testing with precision.
- Manage fundamental laboratory operations and ensure compliance with standards.
- Interpret and apply Mil-Specifications and electronic schematics effectively.
- Read and understand engineering drawings to facilitate accurate testing.
- Work independently while collaborating with customers and vendors on technical matters.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in electronics and hardware testing is required.
- Proficiency in power electronics and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong background in reading Mil-Specifications, electronic schematics, and engineering drawings.
- An Associate's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
