Terawatt Infrastructure is a pioneering company in the electric vehicle charging industry, specializing in financing, developing, and operating cutting-edge charging solutions. Our mission is to power the transition to electrified transportation by providing reliable and efficient charging infrastructure.

We are at the forefront of creating a new asset class in EV charging infrastructure, catering to the growing demand for fleet EV charging. As a leader in this space, we are committed to delivering high-quality end-to-end charging solutions that meet the unique needs of various fleets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft a Forward-Looking Product Vision: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry and create a product roadmap that addresses the distinct requirements of various fleets.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Hardware, and Project Development teams to drive alignment and collective action toward shared objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Directly interact with customers and partners to gather essential insights into their needs and expectations, translating this feedback into innovative product solutions.
  • Improve Customer Support Experience: Elevate the Terawatt customer support experience by pinpointing improvement opportunities and devising products that address these needs.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Develop creative product solutions that delight customers and adapt to the evolving electrification landscape.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: Utilize exceptional technical, analytical, and communicative skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including customers and executives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement data-driven frameworks to improve operational and investment decision-making, enabling effective resource allocation and risk reduction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product Management Experience: At least six years of experience in product management or a closely related field within the electric vehicle charging, energy, transportation, or technology sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Significant exposure to electric vehicle charging and a comprehensive understanding of its technical aspects.
  • Innovation and Implementation: Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement comprehensive solutions catering to customer needs.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Proficiency in managing product roadmaps, developing new processes, and launching new products.
  • Collaboration and Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to achieve consensus, integrate feedback from diverse subject matter experts, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
Compensation and Benefits

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, interview performance, and geographic location.
