Job Title: Armed Security Operative

At Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Operative to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for conducting armed and/or unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols, controlling access and egress, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, and composing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions.
  • Intercede, escort, or assist in escorting individuals as needed.
  • Observe and report inappropriate or suspicious behavior and/or materials/objects to the client.
  • Communicate and/or document any irregular security-related or safety-related incidents.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Prior civilian or military law enforcement experience is preferred.
