We are seeking a highly skilled Radar Systems Engineering Expert to join our team at Raytheon. Key Responsibilities:- Design, analyze, and verify radar systems
- Present technical subject matter expertise at Customer Quarterly Program reviews
- Support and shape concurrent IRAD technology development programs
- Collaborate with Chief Engineers to provide recommendations on technical investments
- Mentor and groom lesser-experienced radar system engineers
- Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations to internal and external customers
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in related Systems Engineering or Multi-Disciplined Engineering
- Experience in proposal, new business, and capture experience
- Experience developing user-friendly, object-oriented, GUI-based simulations and tools
- Existing DOD Secret Level clearance or higher

The salary range for this role is $$150,000 - $200,000.
