Product Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic product design team. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in supporting web and app-specific initiatives, working closely with product managers and developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end UX/UI design processes for web and mobile applications, from concept ideation to final implementation.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs based on user insights and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile and native app design, actively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization, fostering a culture of empathy and user advocacy.
Requirements:
  • Online portfolio showcasing visual design and product design skills.
  • Experience with design systems.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., UX design, human-computer interaction, graphic design).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app design guidelines and best practices for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
