The Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our growing design team. As an early Design hire, you will play a key role in shaping our product and design processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead product design efforts, from research to handoff and QA.
  • Contribute to our Design System to create consistently high-quality experiences.
  • Develop product designs that balance creativity, quality, speed, and business opportunity.
  • Design new product features, from conception to implementation.
  • Establish a posture of understanding customer problems deeply and creating solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with peers in Product Management, Product Ops, Engineering, and across Fora.
About You:
  • Have 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably in a startup or embedded environment.
  • Have experience in a SaaS or Consumer-facing software company and feel comfortable working with product managers and engineers.
  • Approach design with an eye on practicality and business impact.
  • Communicate well and think with a product mindset.
  • Have a strong ability to create easy-to-use interfaces and identify and address uncertain issues.
  • Have a fondness for visually appealing and meticulously crafted design.
  • Be experienced with Figma and have a hands-on HTML/CSS background.
Compensation:
  • Salary range is $125-150k.
