Job Title: Contract Deployment Analyst

Summit Electric Supply is seeking a highly skilled Contract Deployment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Accounts team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of contracts with our strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Contract Deployment Manager and Strategic Account Manager to develop and implement contract strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of catalog information to maintain the integrity of our Vendor Catalogs.
  • Provide exceptional service to external and internal customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in scrubbing data and preparing market baskets to optimize sales and revenue growth.
  • Perform price management activities, including spend analysis, SPA utilization, and vendor pricing agreements.
  • Review accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to Service Centers on contract issues and maintain accurate customer prices and catalogs.
  • Assist with the maintenance of Customer part numbers in our ERP system and manage data associated with VMI and consignment programs.
Requirements:
  • Thorough understanding of Excel and ability to manipulate and sort data.
  • Complete and thorough working knowledge of Summit's SAP system.
  • Strong customer service orientation, both external and internal.
  • Must be thorough and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Unwavering commitment to Summit's values and mission.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, hectic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Product knowledge and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • H.S. education or GED equivalent is strongly preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Consistent sitting for many hours at one time, with occasional ability to climb stairs.
  • Must be able to lift 5 pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
  • Regular and consistent use of keyboard.
