Senior Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care and services to seniors in a supportive environment.

About the Role

  • Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs that promote mobility, relieve pain, and prevent deformities.
  • Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and tools to administer physical therapy interventions.
  • Document client information and establish therapeutic plans, modifying as necessary.
  • Educate clients and their family members on treatment plans and self-exercises.

Requirements

  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
  • Valid driver's license (when applicable).
  • Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
