Occupational Therapist

At Good Samaritan Society, we have a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment that spans over 100 years. We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality patient care.

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs that help patients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. As a member of our team, you will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for patients affected by injury or disease, utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following established safeguards.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on examination results and goals
• Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed
• Provide education to patients and their families on treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued at home
• Maintain accurate records of patient information, including documentation of treatments and outcomes

• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within the first 60 days of employment
