As a Senior Rehabilitation Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients regain their independence and mobility. We offer an attractive salary range of $34.50 - $57.00 per hour, with a generous Sign On Bonus of up to $20,000. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, work/life balance benefits, and a time off package to maintain a healthy home-work balance.
Job Description- Develop and implement personalized physical therapy plans to improve client mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.
- Conduct thorough examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and tools to administer physical therapy interventions while ensuring client safety.
- Educate clients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home.
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
