Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Monitor and manage daily operations of the store in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a professional and impeccably clean store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Establish clear goals and objectives for team members, provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve daily performance, and manage and track stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
  • Sales and Revenue: Assist the Store Manager in controlling top-line revenue and expenses, generate sales reports, and maintain inventory and production.
  • Customer Service: Foster a client-centric experience, meet personal sales expectations, and create quality products that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College education preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Management and/or sales experience preferred, with skilled trainer, motivator, and leadership qualities desired.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances, dexterity of hands and fingers, and ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs.
