Reports to: Maitre'd, Restaurant Manager(s)
Position Classification: Non-exempt
Pay Type: Hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to all patrons.
  • Work closely with the reservations team, Maître'd, and management to facilitate seamless dining experiences.
  • Guide new hosts in understanding front desk operations and expectations.
  • Ensure a friendly and organized environment within the restaurant.

Required Qualifications

  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended durations.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a positive demeanor.
  • Compliance with company policies, including health guidelines and safety standards.
