Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver or CNA to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living Lakeway. As a Caregiver or CNA, you will provide exceptional care and support to our senior residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to assigned residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Encourage socialization and participation in community activities, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among residents.
  • Assist with mobility and incontinence care as needed, ensuring residents' comfort and safety.
  • Contribute to developing service plans and documenting care and services provided daily.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to regulatory compliance and Belmont Village's high standards.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
