Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver/CNA to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living Lakeway. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to assigned residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Encourage socialization and participation in community activities, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among residents.
- Assist with incontinence care, mobility support, and other tasks as needed, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
- Contribute to developing service plans and documenting care and services provided daily, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Ensure care, safety, and cleanliness standards are met, adhering to regulatory compliance and Belmont Village's high standards.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
