About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiver to join our team at Belmont Village Sabre Springs. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support to our senior residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to assigned residents
  • Encourage socialization and participation in community activities while maintaining a safe and engaging environment
  • Document care and services provided daily, following customized service plans and communicating with supervisors as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as required
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills and Characteristics
  • At least one year of direct care experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team
  • Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Observant, dependable, adaptable, and respectful
