Key Responsibilities:
1. Warmly greet and assist all visitors entering the dealership, identifying their needs effectively.
2. Manage incoming calls, directing clients to the appropriate departments, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
3. Address customer concerns with professionalism and refer them to the suitable personnel for resolution.
4. Operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently.
Communication:
Engage with callers in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner, aiming to reduce the time customers are placed on hold.

Qualifications:

Monday-Wednesday 12-8pm, Thursday-Friday 9-5pm, with no weekend shifts required.
Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $20.
