Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Steel Fabrication Specialist to join our fabrication team at Wide Effect. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling structural components according to specifications and drawings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of work without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble structural components using steel materials
  • Evaluate and inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflows and achieve production goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while upholding safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of two years in welding/fabrication or equivalent training through vocational schools
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently
  • Attitude: Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and improvement

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
