Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in finance or related industries.
  • Fluent bilingual skills (English and Spanish) required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
