1. Develop, coordinate, and implement staffing strategies to ensure optimal care coverage.
2. Assess unit productivity and make necessary adjustments to meet targets.

Education, Training, Experience, Certification, and Licensure:
A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, along with one to two years of progressive experience in healthcare. An advanced degree may be required based on specific service needs. Supervisory experience is ideal but not mandatory.
Graduates must have completed an accredited Nursing program and hold current Registered Nurse licensure in New York State.
Participation in orientation and ongoing education is essential to maintain expertise in specific areas of care.
Current BLS/CPR certification and other relevant certifications are required.

Surgical Services Manager and Director.
Pay Range:
