Clinical Leader

The Clinical Leader at Upstate University Hospital provides operational support to the nursing unit, embodying the hospital's mission, vision, and values while adhering to its policies and procedures.
They offer consistent day-to-day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit, driving customer service, quality, and the Patient Experience.
As a participant in the Clinical Advancement Program, the Clinical Leader is an active member of the unit leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess a license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State and have two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area.
Work Environment:
Work Schedule:
Full-time (1.0), Night shift; every other weekend; holidays
Compensation:
SG20- Based on experience + differential
