Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
- Experience in primary care, mental health, or substance abuse settings is preferred.
- Current BLS or CPR certification as mandated by program requirements.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in current healthcare delivery principles, particularly in diverse populations.
- Competent in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
- Ability to assess situations swiftly and apply appropriate medical interventions.
- Skilled in fostering collaborative relationships with patients and healthcare team members.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Special Requirements:
Possession of a valid Florida driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. Completion of mandatory background checks and training as required by the organization.
Physical Requirements:
