As a crucial member of this division, you will collaborate with Treasury teams to deliver Enterprise Treasury Management Systems or tailor-made solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Applications Lead - Treasury Duties:
Provide support and expert knowledge for the FIS Quantum Treasury Management System.
Oversee and manage configurations related to FIS Quantum, including Quantum Enterprise Workflow (EWF).
Administer and maintain configurations associated with FIS Echos.
Establish strategy and manage the Treasury systems roadmap in accordance with business and organizational objectives.
Collaborate actively with Treasury, Finance cross-functional teams, and internal engineering units to align product strategy and influence the FIS product roadmap.
Design, develop, and implement scalable treasury processes and solutions. Convert business needs into product functionalities to enhance global treasury operations.
Lead and assist in the management of treasury technology initiatives.
Define, implement, and monitor relevant product objectives and success metrics to consistently uphold high-quality solutions.
Support treasury, accounting, audit, and finance teams during financial closing periods and audits.
Engage with product design and engineering teams to prototype, design, and develop products on Meta's internal technology framework.
Establish processes to oversee FIS Quantum integrations with Oracle Cloud Financials, internal products, vendor applications, and external entities to ensure optimal system performance.
Foster and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision-makers and the broader enterprise engineering organization.
Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and scaling Enterprise Treasury applications encompassing Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Foreign Exchange, Intercompany, and Investment Management functions.
Subject matter expert in Treasury and Intercompany processes. Experience in implementing in-house banking for scaling treasury operations on a global scale.
Experience in integrating Treasury applications with third-party tools (ERP, Bloomberg, SWIFT, Banks, Custodians, etc.)
Ability to visualize the broader impact of enterprise structural changes on Treasury and Accounting end-to-end processes.
Strong execution focus and capability to navigate complex business challenges independently.
Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams on process optimization. Guide business partners and internal teams in making informed product and process decisions.
Product management mindset and experience leveraging data to prioritize and address business challenges.
Understanding of FIS Quantum integration capabilities (web services/APIs) for ERP or other third-party integrations.
Proficiency in writing SQL scripts in Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and MySQL databases.
