Job Title: Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at Info Way Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for synthesizing inputs from various sources, providing vision and guidance to teams, and developing a 3-5 year planning roadmap for architectural needs based on our corporate strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

* Synthesize inputs from various sources to provide vision and guidance to teams
* Develop a 3-5 year planning roadmap for architectural needs based on corporate strategic plan
* Provide thought leadership on Solutions in Application Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Transformations, Maintenance and improve qualities of applications
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define solutions, best practices
* Review solution implementations
* Mentor development staff on solutions, best practices
* Coach / Mentor the teams
* Conduct Proof of Value and Concept projects as required
* Create Architectural solutions and secure buy-in from stakeholders

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred
* IT and Software development experience of 15+ years
* Experience in developing, supporting and administering Cloud based software development platforms
* Experience working at an Enterprise level as an Enterprise or Portfolio level architect
* Knowledge/Experience in Cloud Transformation
* Knowledge/experience in Cloud-native applications

IT Leadership Collaboration:

* Focus on streamlining dependencies and processes across all IT functions

* Manage an enterprise architecture through modeling software to ensure that an accurate picture of the people, process and technology aspects of the company are well-documented and usable by enterprise architecture stakeholders
* Experience in working with large IT teams to execute and lead successful project implementations
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity, environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure.

* Workshops, design, and problem-solving sessions

* Ability to present ideas in business friendly and user-friendly language; demonstrated aptitude for working with, supporting and communicating with users and customers.
