Job Overview

This role plays a crucial part in supporting our executive team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing calendars and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for senior leadership
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the executive team
