Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Recreation and Leisure Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our activities team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging recreational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a range of recreational activities, including therapeutic programs, social events, and educational workshops.
  • Collaborate with the activities director and interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Conduct assessments to identify resident needs and preferences, and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
