Job Overview:

First United Bank & Trust is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working with people, are detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, address their needs, and provide solutions to their banking-related issues.
  • Process Transactions: Process deposits, cash checks, sell Cashiers Checks, recommend and demonstrate account service technology, and complete CTR reports.
  • Maintain Branch Operations: Maintain branch cash vault, prepare daily settlement and proof of cash transactions, balance cash drawer accurately, and prepare reports relating to the function.
  • Coordinate Work Tasks: Coordinate work tasks with other personnel, report pertinent information to the supervisor, and respond to inquiries within given time frames.
