We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager to join our team at LINKBANK. Key Responsibilities- Establish and Maintain Information Security Program: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security of our information assets and technologies.
- Manage IT Security Controls: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT security controls, including cybersecurity infrastructure, security of technologies and vendors, and process improvements.
- Lead Security Incidents: Manage and work with the team and other responsible parties during security incidents to ensure containment, remediation, and restoration.
- Oversee Identity and Access Management: Manage and work with the team to ensure timely provisioning, deprovisioning, and annual review activities.
- Maintain Vulnerability Management Program: Develop and maintain a vulnerability management program to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Manage Security Technology Outputs: Monitor and analyze security technology outputs to identify threats and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
- Oversee Information Security Committee: Lead Information Security Committee meetings to review metrics, trends, and discuss information security topics.
- Assist with Third-Party Risk Management: Assist in the review and risk assessment of third-party entities and solutions.
- Maintain Cybersecurity Insurance: Assist in the review and maintenance of cybersecurity insurance, including security assessments with insurance brokers/providers.
- Enhance Security Awareness Program: Develop and maintain a company-wide security awareness program to educate employees on security best practices.
- Comply with Regulations: Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, including GLBA, BSA, AML, OFAC, and PCI policies and procedures.
- Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent knowledge in Information and Cyber Security practices and real-life scenarios. Up to date with current and future levels of IT security, threats, vulnerabilities that could impact the bank's digital and financial asset responsibilities.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Information Security field.
- Certification/Licenses: Active cyber-security certification from an accredited organization, such as ISC2, CISA, CompTIA, EC-Council, ISACA, GSEC, etc.
