Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Hematology/Oncology Physician to enhance our Olympia Medical Center team. As a Comprehensive Hematologist and Oncologist at WPMG, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage in collaborative discussions with colleagues and specialists to share insights and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
  • Operate within a framework that eliminates insurance-related barriers, allowing for meaningful patient interactions.
  • Benefit from a multispecialty medical center that facilitates coordinated care, providing a comprehensive range of services.
  • Enjoy a potential four-day work week with a shared call rotation among physicians for inpatient responsibilities.
  • Work alongside hospitalists who manage all admissions and discharges, ensuring a streamlined process.

  • Engage in community hematology and oncology practice while focusing on specialized areas of care.
  • Utilize EPIC and Beacon EMR systems across all practice sites.

Facility Information

The Olympia Medical Center is a comprehensive multispecialty facility, equipped with on-site laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy services. Our office operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with 24/7 urgent care availability.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $434,861 to $511,600, prorated based on FTE. New hires typically start within the range of $434,861 to $486,021, influenced by factors such as education, training, and experience.
