Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of child development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum plans that align with developmentally appropriate practices and meet the needs of our children.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the community, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to child development and education.
- Participate in the development and implementation of program goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Child Development or a related field.
- At least four years of experience working in a licensed child care facility, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
- Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading a team and achieving results.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
