Select Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in the Webster area, specializing in Pelvic Health. Our facility features a collaborative environment with four experienced PTs serving a diverse outpatient orthopedic population, ranging from adolescents to seniors. The open gym layout is equipped for advanced training techniques, including squat racks and rope work. Our clinicians have expertise in pelvic floor therapy, sports medicine, fall prevention, and ACL rehabilitation. Teamwork is essential as we strive for optimal patient outcomes.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outstanding patient care. This role is suitable for those with prior outpatient orthopedic experience, as well as new graduates who are encouraged to apply. Select Physical Therapy is part of Select Medical Corporation's Outpatient Division, a leading provider of outpatient physical rehabilitation with numerous locations across the country. Our clinical team is dedicated to providing tailored treatment plans that maximize functionality and promote overall well-being. We work closely with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to ensure the best patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and comply with state practice acts and regulations governing physical therapy practice.
  • Complete all required corporate and clinical training and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Evaluate, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, ensuring clear documentation of medical necessity.
  • Maintain respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program.
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration is required prior to starting.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is mandatory.
