Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Airport Customer Service Representative to join our team at ABM Industries. As an Airport Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airport passengers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers, providing assistance and information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
- Greet and engage with passengers in and around the terminal area, offering assistance with directions, flight information, and general inquiries.
- Explain to passengers the services available to them at the airport, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.
Additional Responsibilities
- Stationed at various airport locations, including the main ticket lobby level, to answer questions and provide information to passengers.
- Greet passengers arriving from International flights, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Perform bin running duties for TSA, ensuring the efficient and secure processing of passengers.
- Perform other duties as required, including standing and walking for extended periods.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive a required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including a ten-year work history if available.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (Fluent).
- Must be available to work on weekends, especially Sundays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- 1 year of similar work experience.
