Ensures that stock is replenished and displays are neat and rotated to encourage sales.Assists with backroom projects and assignments as requested.Track and achieving expected KPI metrics at individual and store level. Ensures all workspaces are clean and tidy.Perform opening and closing duties as requested.Performs other duties, as assigned by Manager.Must Haves A natural passion for serving others and creating customer loyalty. Strong customer empathy and the ability to turn negativity into great customer experiences. Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
