Automotive Repair Technician

Job Summary
Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for a skilled Auto Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for testing and adjusting repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications, repairing and/or replacing engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems, and performing vehicle alignments.
You will be required to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of automotive repair experience, be able to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders, and possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Key Skills and Abilities
- Ability to do consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
