As a ServiceNow Administrator at Flexential, you will play a critical role in the administration, configuration, and scripting of our ServiceNow platform. This includes building and maintaining service catalog items, custom automation workflows, and development. - Respond to Incidents and Resolve.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for platform support.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Core, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog platform areas.
- Platform code migration via update sets.
- Support ServiceNow platform integrations with external systems.
- Experience with Debugging and Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge with web architecture (HTML, XML, RESTful web services).
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell).
- Experience with building ServiceNow platform integrations with external systems.
- Knowledge of Agile framework and experience in measuring level of effort with enhancements, defects, and stories.
- Experience building workflow, business rules, client scripts, and notifications.
- Knowledge of CMDB concepts.
- Drive efficiency and platform manageability.
- Knowledge of the ITSM framework (ITIL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Productive attitude with the focus on progressing the business forward.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or other related degree.
- 2-3 years of ServiceNow platform experience including development and administration.
- One of the following certifications (Preferred but not Required): CIS - IT Service Management, CIS - Customer Service Management, Certified System Administrator.

Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $103,000 - $115,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications.
Variable Pay:Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
