About the Role:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for businesses across diverse industries, including healthcare, legal services, and property management.
  • Handling inbound calls, taking accurate messages, and delivering them according to client instructions is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Working in a fast-paced computer-based environment requires professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer inbound calls from clients, providing clear and concise information.
  2. Taking and delivering messages accurately and promptly is essential to maintaining high-quality service standards.
  3. Manage urgent calls, ensuring medical professionals or emergency teams are connected when needed.
  4. Follow client instructions with confidentiality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • A clear speaking voice with minimal regional accent is necessary for effective communication.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to type 40 WPM are required for efficient data entry and processing.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential for meeting client demands.
  • Reliable, punctual, with strong communication skills, you will be a valuable asset to our team.
  • Ability to complete on-site training in Shreveport, LA, with potential to transition to remote after a 3-month probation period.
  • Strong English comprehension (written and verbal) is necessary for success in this role.
  • Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive situations are critical components of this position.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first approach are essential for delivering exceptional service.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred but not required.
