In your role, you will:

  • Adhere to General Work Requirements
  • Engage with business users to review, analyze, and assess business systems and user requirements
  • Develop systems that align with overall business strategies
  • Document detailed descriptions of user needs and application functionalities
  • Participate in relevant phases of project management involving modifications to existing and/or new applications
  • Communicate the status of each project phase to IT management, project management office, and relevant business units on a scheduled basis
  • Assist with beta testing, validation by business units, and implementation of revised and new applications
  • Evaluate proposed changes to existing and/or new applications to identify potential adverse impacts on operations across multiple sites
  • Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to schedule and approved scope
  • Coordinate the development of IT applications and supporting business processes according to IT specifications
  • Facilitate beta testing, validation by business units, and implementation of revised and new applications
  • Assist in evaluating whether newly implemented applications and supporting processes meet the priorities and objectives of assigned business units

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have 3-4 years of experience in business modeling, requirements management, analysis, and design
  • You possess experience in systems analysis and technical design using both object-oriented and modular programming methodologies
  • You demonstrate the ability to create use cases, storyboards, and models that clearly illustrate process flows related to specific requirements
  • You have experience in developing presentations that outline project requirements, scope, and mock-ups
  • You understand the System Development Life Cycle
  • You have the training skills necessary to educate employees on business processes or to acquire/enhance skills
  • You possess working knowledge of IT Change Management and Project Management
  • You have strong presentation skills
