We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Resource Nurse to join our team at NCH Healthcare - Naples Community Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with storm water operations teams to ensure efficient and effective repair and maintenance of our facilities.
- Assign and lead crew members to complete tasks and projects in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a manager to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and engineers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct daily inspections of projects to ensure that they are progressing as planned.
- Establish and maintain utility design procedures to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with our design criteria.
- Prepare complex engineering calculations, assessments, and reports to support our decision-making processes.
- Assist staff with preparing standard base maps, providing detailed information to GIS staff, and preparing plans to show existing and proposed developments.
- Keep accurate daily records of employee time and vehicle accident reports.
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related field.
- Lead experience is also required, with a combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered.
- A valid driver's license is required, and successful out-of-state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.
