Customer Service Operations Manager

T-Cetra LLC is seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day processes, designing, testing, and implementing new procedures to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong technical and computer skills. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, vision, and dental insurance, and a 401(k) matching program.

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day processes and design, test, and implement new procedures
- Monitor phone, activation, email inboxes, and ticket queues
- Analyze customer needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide appropriate solutions
- Team management and coaching
- Responsible for meeting team goal service levels
- Live monitoring of CSR phone calls
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, Master Agents, and employees
