As a Program Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing management and development of our programs. Your leadership and expertise will guide the direction of the program towards success and growth, ensuring that services are delivered in alignment with regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of program strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the program team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of human services, social sciences, or social work.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Over 5 years of progressive learning experience.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and applications.
- LSWA or eligible.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle.
