The Dental Practice Manager will provide operational leadership and day-to-day oversight of assigned dental offices, supervising non-clinician dental staff. This role collaborates with the Director of Dental Operations to fulfill Community Health Programs' mission, vision, and values. The successful candidate will ensure administrative and clinical support staff resources are present daily to achieve operational goals and objectives, including desired levels of clinical productivity and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Implements operational processes and procedures to achieve the department's strategic and operating objectives.
Collaborates with the Director of Dental Operations and non-clinician staff to develop and achieve goals for clinician performance and productivity while maintaining a high level of quality and patient satisfaction.
Collaborates with the Dental Director of Operations to actively manage the department, including working continuously to align clinical and operational objectives, solve problems, communicate with staff, and support overall performance.
Requirements
Five or more years of dental and/or medical office experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Relevant experience at Community Health Programs or a similar healthcare organization may be substituted for educational requirements.
Results-proven track record of meeting individual and organizational goals.
