Job Title: Digital Product Manager for Customer Experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the development of our customer experience strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features and functions to improve the digital experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a customer experience strategy that aligns with our business goals
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-facing initiatives
* Analyze data to inform product decisions and measure success
* Communicate project status updates and long-term strategic plans to diverse audiences

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
* At least 5-7 years of product management experience in customer digital experience
* Experience with agile development methodologies and data analysis
