About the Role:

The Estimator is a crucial member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with customers and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and update customer interactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, guiding them through the repair process.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.
  • Communicate customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide positive energy when interacting with customers.
  • Understand and comply with all required insurance programs and procedures.
  • Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
  • Support team members as needed.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by the store manager.
  • Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Awareness of where to find answers.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Compliance with DRP's minimum of 1-year experience.
  • Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
  • Valid driver's license.
