Key Responsibilities:
As our Employment/Labor Law Attorney, your role will encompass:

  • Advocating for clients in labor and employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour conflicts, and workers' compensation claims.
  • Providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities under applicable labor laws.
  • Conducting detailed research to construct robust cases for our clients.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Formulating and executing effective legal strategies to secure favorable results for clients.
  • Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest trends and changes in labor and employment law to deliver the most relevant advice.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law institution.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of legal experience, particularly in labor and employment law, personal injury, and workers' compensation.
  • Demonstrated experience representing plaintiffs in legal matters.
  • Outstanding research, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • A strong ethical foundation and dedication to legal integrity.
  • The capability to manage multiple cases concurrently while thriving under pressure.
  • A results-driven approach, with a history of achieving positive outcomes for clients.
