Position Overview:

The Opportunity

In the role of Center Operations Supervisor, you will be tasked with managing all facets of center operations, encompassing production, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, human resources, and information technology. During the absence of the center manager, you will assume full accountability for the center's performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to all company standard operating procedures and industry regulations.
  • Engage in data analysis to uphold center quality and financial success.
  • Work closely with the center manager to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
  • Formulate corrective action strategies for any issues identified during inspections.
  • Maintain OSHA compliance and manage all necessary documentation.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and termination processes for staff.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% may be necessary.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

Education

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Working Environment

  • May involve standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 lbs.
  • Engagement in auditing and monitoring center operations.
  • Involvement with hazardous materials and bloodborne pathogens.
  • Personal protective equipment is mandatory for specific tasks.
