  • Parts Room Maintenance: Ensure the parts room is clean, organized, and well-maintained, with all necessary tools and equipment readily available.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent counter service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inventory levels, sales, and other relevant data, providing regular reports as needed.
  • Special Orders: Process special orders for non-stock parts, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
  • Replenishment and Stocking: Monitor re-order levels and replenish inventory as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a vehicle parts room or inventory control environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: ASE certifications preferred.
