Job Overview

Compensation:
Starting pay of $17.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday (weekends off), 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Daily Responsibilities
- Assemble wires and metal components using both power and hand tools, including screw guns, hammers, tape measures, and cutting tools.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and instructions in English to identify necessary materials and measurements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Occasionally lift and transport packaged items.
- Exhibit precision in assembling components to minimize errors.
- Be detail-oriented in following instructions, enhancing your work, and taking responsibility for learning and correcting mistakes.

Qualifications for Success
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to grasp, pull, and release repetitively.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, cooperative, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in reading and understanding instructions in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience with hand tools or in an assembly role.
