Job Title: Assembly Technician

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at Aleron. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling products according to work instructions and ensuring high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products per work instructions
  • Verify work instructions match assignment
  • Learn new work instructions as necessary
  • Collect necessary materials from bins
  • Set up workstations per work instruction
  • Assemble parts and inspect own work as instructed
  • Complete necessary training in a timely manner
  • Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 month of manufacturing experience
  • Minimum of 1 month of soldering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IPC soldering certification
  • Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions
  • Ability to understand verbal work instructions
  • Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance
  • Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions; basic computer skills
  • Ability to read/write/communicate in English language
