Job Summary:

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with vehicle selection and promote model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies.
  • Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure all speed limits and other rules of the road are followed.
  • Help facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
  • Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Professional and dependable.
  • Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
  • Safety and customer service oriented.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
