Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role:

  • As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, provide assistance with activities of daily living, and attend to individual care needs.
  • You will also participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, and respond to the dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

  • Dedication to and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment
  • A High School diploma/GED accepted, and may be required per state regulations
  • In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
