About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children ages 0-3 and their families, providing early intervention services that promote healthy development and well-being.

As a Pediatric Therapist - Early Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child, collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's developmental needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group interventions, adapting to the needs of each child.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the treatment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A license to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania, renewed by December 31st of every even-numbered year.
  • Clearances: Child Abuse (Act 33), Criminal History (Act 34), FBI Fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31).
  • A current Pennsylvania driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle.
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in pediatrics, specifically with children ages 0-3.
